Shipping policy

We ship sealed Japanese boxes and PSA graded cards from Japan, with tracking, to 61 countries.

At a glance

  • Carriers: DHL Express, UPS or FedEx, always tracked
  • Shipping is invoiced after you order. Your cart shows an estimate.
  • Ships after payment: boxes 3–7 business days, PSA & card lots 1–3 business days
  • Import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer (including the USA)
  • No PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipping cost

Shipping is not included in the item price. Your cart shows an estimate for your country. After you order, we check the exact rate to your address and email you one invoice with the items and shipping. Remote-area surcharges, if any, are included in that invoice, so you always see the full amount before you pay.

For large orders (around 30 kg or more), please message us first so we can confirm stock and the best shipping option.

When we ship

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Japanese public holidays. We email you the tracking number when your parcel ships. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after shipping. Pre-orders ship directly from our partner warehouse in Japan.

Where we ship

We ship to the countries you can choose at checkout: the United States, Canada, Mexico, Chile, the United Kingdom, most of Europe, the Gulf states, East and Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Guam.

We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Import duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are paid by the buyer, including orders to the United States. They are not included in the item price or the shipping cost. The carrier may also charge a customs brokerage fee.

We declare the real value of your order on the customs form. We cannot declare a lower value or mark a parcel as a gift.

EU orders

For EU destinations, the minimum order is €150 in goods (about ¥25,000).

Refused parcels

If you refuse a parcel or do not pay the import charges, it is returned to us. We refund the item price after deducting the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.

Your address

Please check your shipping address before you pay. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address that you entered.
