Terms of service
These terms apply to all orders from Origami & Co. (origamiandco.jp).
How ordering works
- Add to cart and check out. No payment is taken at checkout.
- Get one invoice. Within 1 business day we email you the items and the exact shipping cost.
- Pay within 3 days by Wise bank transfer (JPY) or PayPal. PayPal invoices include the PayPal fee (4.1% + ¥40).
- We ship after your payment arrives, and email you the tracking number.
Unpaid orders are cancelled after 3 days.
Prices and currency
All prices are in Japanese yen (JPY). Prices follow the Japanese market and may change daily; the price at the time of your order applies. Shipping is invoiced separately (see our Shipping Policy).
Pre-orders
Pre-orders ship on the release day or a few days later, depending on the option you choose. If the release is delayed or the quantity we receive is reduced, we tell you by email, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Product information
Product photos may be examples. Sealed products are sold as released by the manufacturer. We are not affiliated with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK, Konami or PSA.
Order acceptance
We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error or if stock is unavailable. In that case we refund any payment in full.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
