Shipping is not included in the price. After you order, we check the actual DHL, UPS or FedEx rate to your address and send you an invoice that includes shipping. Orders ship within 3–7 business days after payment.

Import duties

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are paid by the buyer, including orders to the United States. We declare the actual value on the customs form. If a parcel is refused, the return shipping cost is deducted from the refund.

EU orders

For EU destinations, the minimum order is €150 in goods (about ¥25,000).
